Select from the options available, and choose email / msg capabilities of this app to notify people.

If you prefer email, the app will navigate to the email page that will have your choices automatically populated. The email features in the app will help you fill the email address available from the phone contacts list.

If you prefer msg, the app will help you navigate to the msg screen with your choices automatically listed down.
